- 1 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 Lemon Juice medium size
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- Mix up all the ingredients and leave it in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
- Red cabbage salad is ready to serve with any meal.
